We are in-network with numerous insurance companies including Delta Dental (Premier & PPO), BlueCross BlueShield of MN, MetLife, Cigna, DHA, Premier, United Concordia, United Health Care (Private - through an employer), Guardian and Medica (Premier & PPO.)
We also accept several additional major insurance options and will file your claim on your behalf, and your insurance provider will then send reimbursement to you when applicable – allowing you to still see the dentist of your choice! Patients are responsible for any services that are not paid by your insurance.
